Work and Stress

Stress is one of the most common nominators to restless nights. It makes falling asleep harder and affects the overall quality of sleep. In many workplaces and industries, it is highly admired to work late and in high intensity. However, working late keeps you alert until late at night and makes it harder to wind down and eventually fall asleep. If you recognize yourself as a late worker and your work interferes with your rest, we highly recommend stopping the day's work earlier and prioritizing sleep over any work tasks. You have time for those emails in the morning.
